Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-quantum cryptography
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology strategies to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech deployment frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Emerging Tech with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives beyond lab environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar top-tier journals (2019-2023)
