Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year impact assessment
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech solutions with measurable ROI
- Build and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch
