- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future adoption
- Define KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and driving market disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
