Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop and implement multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on market position
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strong background in competitive analysis and market research
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
