Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and validating market readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to access cutting-edge research
- Create predictive analytics models to forecast technology impacts on industry disruption
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience building strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO-level programs) preferred
