Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year foresight, aligning with business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into product development and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate promising startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
