Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and blockchain integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and biotech interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities in post-quantum cryptography and synthetic biology
- Present strategic technology forecasts to global stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor next-generation engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade quantum/AI solutions
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST quantum security frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3 stack (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos SDK)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., AC/ foresight certification)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA research initiatives preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed future-tech solutions
