Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving across teams
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
