Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory changes affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation through hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
