- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prioritize innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and innovation ROI across business units
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product and service concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industrial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
