Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO)
