Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Anticipate emerging tech disruptions via predictive analytics
- Secure $50M+ in federal innovation grants and venture capital
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and congressional committees
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor PhD fellows in future technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum AI or synthetic genomics
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants exceeding $20M
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep familiarity with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
