Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and sustainability frameworks
- Experience building cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
