Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, AR/VR, and quantum ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized AI, neuromorphic computing) for strategic adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Patent-priority filing for breakthrough inventions in spatial computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership (Fortune 500 or startup scale)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for moonshot projects
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
