Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with qubit stability and error correction.
- Represent the company at international tech summits and policy forums.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of quantum engineers and researchers.
- Prioritize ethical AI and quantum security standards in all development cycles.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-level technical leadership within the tech or aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale R&D projects and budgets.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, qubit states, and superconducting circuitry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Q#, or C++.
- Must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
