Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Author thought leadership published in IEEE and Nature Futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to enterprise adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of launched products/services with measurable societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
