Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to inform product roadmaps and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management a plus
