Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Lead technical architecture decisions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices and platforms.
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design principles (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote-friendly environment.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
