As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, AI pioneers, and quantum computing experts to identify emerging paradigms and develop implementation frameworks that position us as industry leaders through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional prototyping initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology validation
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs on joint innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching products with 2020-2025 impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies with geopolitical sensitivity
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or equivalent
