Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 7+ years in innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Deep familiarity with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
