- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and evaluate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-level leadership
