Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future tech into enterprise systems while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions in AI governance and sustainable tech
- Present tech foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical standards to mitigate future risks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research centers
- Mentor emerging talent in future tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech) within enterprise environments
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech integration principles
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
