Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (e.g., Web3, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for climate resilience and circular economies
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies in controlled test environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
