Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and scenario planning for tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
