Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on next-gen scalability and AI integration.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team to ensure high delivery velocity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments, optimizing for cost-efficiency and performance.
- Drive innovation in emerging technologies, evaluating prototypes for feasibility and integration potential.
- Mentor junior and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and risk assessments to ensure system stability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices architectures, and high-availability platforms.
- Proficiency in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
