Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market analysis
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic positioning
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and digital transformation
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI on future-tech investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
