Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications or AI ethics
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography and neural interface protocols
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
