Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neuromorphic computing) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for ecosystem innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Develop frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance in emerging domains
- Mentor a team of 8+ technologists and futurists to cultivate next-gen leadership talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, IP frameworks, and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
