Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core products and services
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Develop innovation frameworks and processes to foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
