- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging startups
- Present tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with focus on future trends
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems
