Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term business strategy and ESG objectives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D

- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFAP, Horizon Scanning) preferred
