- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development environments
