Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley R&D facility
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or blockchain systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
