- Quantify ROI and risk metrics for experimental technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Build C-suite presentations on tech-trend implications to revenue models
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with vendor partnerships
- Pioneer cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT/Stanford researchers
- Author quarterly 'Tech Pulse' reports for board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy or tech innovation (Big Tech/VC background preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling innovation from R&D to $100M+ revenue streams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
