- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually for future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets and leading global innovation teams of 20+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research in emerging fields
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent framework
