Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Ability to lead complex projects across organizational boundaries
