Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource optimization
- Document intellectual property and secure patents for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching successful tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management
