Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-tech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and MVP launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with venture capital, corporate innovation labs, or tech incubators
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
