Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate startup partnerships, acquisitions, and R&D opportunities in frontier technology sectors
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, venture capital firms, and innovation hubs
- Drive internal innovation workshops to foster cross-pollination of ideas across departments
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Network of contacts in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
