Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and build strategic partnerships
- Author thought leadership content and industry trend reports
- Manage technology scouting initiatives and evaluate startup investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Portfolio of published industry analyses or thought leadership pieces
