- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or similar strategic foresight methodology
- Track record of launching innovative products/services with $10M+ impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
