Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and decentralized autonomous systems
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop patentable intellectual property in emerging tech domains
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience securing $3M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts and regulatory frameworks
