- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D projects focusing on ethical AI, neural interfaces, and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in leading technical roadmaps for a 3-5 year horizon (e.g., 2026 planning cycles).
- Advanced AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning architectures, and their ethical implications.
