Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 innovation horizon, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to drive adoption of future-ready solutions.
- Feasibility Studies: Lead feasibility assessments for new technologies, evaluating cost-benefit ratios and implementation risks.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and global tech shifts to position our company as a market leader.
- Prototyping & Pilots: Champion experimental projects and pilot programs to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, R&D management, or futurism.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and next-gen connectivity standards.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive trends and translating them into successful business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
