Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid cloud systems, integrating legacy infrastructure with next-gen AI/ML frameworks.
- Define technical standards for scalability, security, and performance across all product lines.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies, including quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and C-level executives to drive buy-in and investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical transformations and digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their practical application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
