Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and trend forecasting
- Develop patentable innovations and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products using AI/ML/quantum tech
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in quantum computing or AI ethics (IBM Q, Google AI, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
