Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce scenario analyses for regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into commercializable solutions
- Advise executive leadership on technology adoption risks and competitive positioning
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
