Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Ensure ethical deployment of technologies and compliance with future regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts to business value
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, IEEE)
