Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech strategy integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with market disruption opportunities
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for tech forecasting and risk mitigation
- Mentor innovation teams in agile transformation and disruptive thinking
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or biocomputing
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent innovation methodology
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent on future tech trends
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy in tech ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ tech innovations with measurable market impact
