Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio for future-tech incubation
- Coordinate with global research labs on sustainable tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum ML, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
